Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We require 24-hours notice for cancellations to avoid the $30 cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If you have not arrived for your appointment by 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, this is considered a no-show. A $30 fee will automatically be charged to your card on file.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late cuts into your massage therapy time. Please allow time for parking, intake interview, restroom, etc. so that we can start on time. If being late is unavoidable, please inform Meghan at 205-586-4031 via call/text. Arriving 5 minutes early is perfect! (Unless it’s your first appointment, then please be 10 minutes early.)
